RAW’s the Business
With so many of our women approaching the two-year mark with RAW we are now looking for:
- small gardening jobs,
- lawn mowing,
- section tidy-ups,
- repairs and maintenance,
- painting, and
- other simple building maintenance jobs.
Hire an Angel for the Day!
Tony Hope, Annah Stretton’s husband, is managing RAW’s Angels, a small business created to engage many of the RAW women and men in part-time work. Tony has two decades of experience in maintenance projects, and managing home renovations and commercial fit-outs.
You can hire an Angel at $20 per hour and they will arrive with their own equipment and be fully supervised.
RAW’s Angels are available to work across the Waikato and north as far as South Auckland and all have their own transport.
Contact Tony on [email protected] or 0274 982844 to find out more.
To date we have been engaged by LIC, Te Atawhai Lodge and a number of very happy individual customers to work on their business grounds and gardens.
“I would like to let you know how pleased I am with the work done in my garden by the RAW ladies. They were very professional in all their dealings with me, presented themselves so tidily and took such care with their work. They were very keen to please and thorough with the work asked of them. It was not easy to clean up my neglected garden and required really physical hard work which they seemed to enjoy and were most happy to do. They arrived on time and put in a full day’s effort with a lot of enthusiasm. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will certainly use them again in the future if the opportunity arises. Thank you for managing this, it was great to have such a responsive service available.” Diane B
“I liked Darren and trusted Darren, and I would have NO hesitation in recommending this young man to anyone who would like a happy, cheerful and friendly young man to help them out with any particular work etc, that might need attention. I would like to see Darren again at any time. With thanks.” Pam W
